Drop off donations Sat., Sept. 14, 9AM-Noon at the Kitchen entrance (Door #8).
Fall Fest Donations Needed...
PLEASE BRING:
- BOTTLES OF WINE for Wine Toss
- BARS & CAKES for Pork Chop Dinner
- PRE-PACKAGED COOKIES for a Cookie Walk (i.e. Oreos)
- 2-LITER BOTTLES OF SODA for the Ring Toss
- GIFT CARDS for Prizes
- HOMEMADE/HOMEGROWN ITEMS for Farmer's Market (i.e. Jams, Salsa, Treats, Soaps, Crafts, Produce, Plants, Flowers, etc.)
- SILENT AUCTION ITEMS due by 8/26. Suggestions include:
- Experience-Type Items like event tickets or dinner parties, Weekend Getaway at a Cabin
- Services/Skills like time for Yardwork, Beautician Services, etc.
- Art/Handiwork like Paintings, Photography, Glasswork, etc.
- Gift Baskets... Creativity encouraged!
Return ALL raffle tickets w/payment ASAP...
- IN THE COLLECTION BASKET during weekend Masses
- IN THE DROP BOX after-hours left of the main entrance, Door 1
- SAT., SEPT. 14, 9AM-NOON at Kitchen entrance, Door 8
- AT FALL FEST, though earlier is easier for us!
Please also return unsold tickets. We are required by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board to keep track of all numbers sold and unsold. *Tickets will be accepted until prior to drawing, but recieving them earlier makes it easier for getting them all entered and accounted for.
