Vision Teams

Building the Vision.

At Christ Our Light, we are guided by the dedicated efforts of our Vision Teams. These teams allow parishioners to actively participate in shaping the future of our ministries and help drive the mission of the Church.

Teams meet approximately four times each year, from September through May, on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 6:30–8:00PM, in conjunction with monthly Pastoral Council meetings that follows.

Liturgy & Environment

This team enriches the worship experience by shaping the church environment throughout the year, maintaining liturgical spaces, and providing feedback and training for liturgical ministers. It includes both Liturgical Ministry and Music Ministry.

This team ensures the parish is actively responding to the needs of the community through service and advocacy, following Catholic Social Teaching. Coordinates outreach and service initiatives.

Buildings & Grounds

The Buildings & Grounds Vision Team ensures our parish facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for all who gather in worship and fellowship.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Vision Team creates a welcoming environment, ensuring that all who come to Christ Our Light feel part of the family and have opportunities for fellowship.

Faith Formation/Youth Ministry

This team is dedicated to helping parishioners of all ages grow in their faith by developing programs that teach the values of Jesus, virtue, and the Church’s traditions.

Stewardship

This team fosters a culture of stewardship, promoting the importance of time, talent, and treasure within our faith community, ensuring we are fulfilling our mission with generosity and care.
